This one isn't stitched quite so heavily. I have used my favourite stitch for freemotion - blind hem stitch. It gives a great texture.

This is absolutely beautiful. I have just started learning to sew (as well as learning to draw). My everyday art is usually mixed media collage. But I wanted to use sewing as a complement to my art. Is this a quilt or? I would love to know how you do this.
